The shortcut does not open Schema

Make sure Schema is open. Choose Schema → Show Schema from the app menu, then check your shortcut in Settings → General. If Option + Space is unavailable, try Command + Shift + Space, the fallback shortcut, or choose a different shortcut in settings.

Voice is not working

Check that you allowed microphone and speech recognition access when prompted. You can review those permissions in macOS System Settings. Type your request if you prefer to continue without voice. If spoken requests are sent before you finish, turn off Send when I pause in Settings → General.

The location is wrong

Include the city in your request, or open Settings → General and enter your preferred Location. You can also change Use my location there.

A website asks me to sign in again

Open Settings → Signed in and sign in to the website again. If you use a saved account and recently changed its password, update the account in /accounts.

The answer uses the wrong context

Press Command + N to start a new conversation, then restate your request with the website, dates, and location you need. You can also open Settings → Privacy and select Forget now under Conversation memory.

I want to finish on the website

Select Open page ↗ to open the result page in your browser. Complete any remaining booking or checkout steps there.
